It all began with my studies in Digital Media at Leuphana University Lüneburg. Over the years, I have explored deeply how technology and digital media reshape our perception.
Information overload, endless connectivity, and the fragmentation of our attention have become the new normal. But what happens to our nervous system in this constant rush? We exist in a state of perpetual high alert.
As an artist, I now create a conscious counterpoint to this pace.
My artworks are visual responses to digital fatigue and are designed to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. I invite you to explore this space of tranquillity, deep connection and relaxation.
